Robert D. Richardson 
President

Rob is the founder of Regent Communities and his primary responsibilities include oversight and coordination of all development projects, underwriting potential investments, securing equity and debt financing, promoting business development opportunities and managing the day to day operations of the firm.  He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University with concentrations in Finance, Real Estate and Computer Information Systems as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University.  Rob has over twenty years of experience in the real estate development business.  He may be reached at rob@regentcompanies.com.

Chad Carey
Vice President

Chad is responsible for assembling market research, sourcing new development and acquisition opportunities, securing project entitlements, cultivating builder relationships, interfacing with local governmental agencies and providing broad project management and consulting services for third-party clients.  Chad earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College and has over ten years of experience in the real estate development business.  He may be reached at ccarey@regentcompanies.com.

Kathy Lavin
Office Manager

Kathy has over 16 years of experience managing the everyday office tasks that ensure Regent functions smoothly and efficiently.   She handles all of the bookkeeping and partnership accounting for the firm as part of her duties.  Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Dillon Ferguson
Research Associate
